Letters of Invitation

Show Management can provide international visitors with official invitation letters in support of a U.S. visa application. In order to receive your invitation letter, follow these instructions:

** Before you request your invitation letter, you must have your passport number ready and be prepared to pay the general online registration fee ($20)

  1. Register to attend AG CONNECT Expo online.
  2. Once you enter a home residence country outside of the U.S., the system will ask you for your passport number, date of birth, and other personal information - you must fill in all required information.
  3. Fill in all demographic questions regarding your business and professional background.
  4. Register for any education and training programs you are interested in (extra charges involved).
  5. Pay the admission fee ($20 for general admission, January 13-15).
  6. After your payment is accepted, you will be taken to a summary screen of your personal information. Click 'View Visa Letter' - this will open a PDF of your invitation. Print the invitation immediately and save for your U.S. visa interview.
  7. In case you need access to the letter again, you can either save the PDF to your computer, or log on to your registration summary. Use your last (family) name and registration ID # which was sent to your email with your confirmation information directly after you first registered.

Joining a delegation from your home country has significant advantages to traveling alone, including:

  • Assistance with language issues
  • Additional U.S. visa support if necessary

International Trade Center

All visitors from overseas are encouraged to use the onsite International Trade Center - a complimentary business service center where you can meet with peers and clients from around the world.

Location & Hours

The International Trade Center (ITC) will be located on the exhibition floor in Hall C and will be open during the duration of AG CONNECT Expo:

Tuesday, January 12 - Preview Day (by special admission)
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Wednesday, January 13
9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Thursday-Friday, January 14 & 15
8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Interpretation

Interpreters will be available for assistance in several major world languages. Simply go to the ITC and ask any staff member to speak to an interpreter. Generally, the interpreters may not leave the ITC but special arrangements may be made. Speak to an ITC staff member for more information.

What Information Do I Need Before I Register?

Business and operation information:

  • Full contact information (business address, email, phone, fax)
  • Number of employees
  • Sales revenue
  • Acres in production (if applicable)
  • Product interests
  • Education and training interests

If you are requesting an official invitation letter:

  • Passport number
  • Date of birth

  • Credit card is the easiest and preferred method

How do I reserve my hotel room?
If you are not traveling with a tour group that has already reserved hotel rooms, the easiest way to make reservations is online through the exhibition’s official housing vendor.
